You can find your size using either of the following methods.

Method 1: Use the Sizing Kit

1. Order our GemRing Sizing Kit.

2. Try the sizing ring on different fingers on both hands to find the most comfortable fit. It should feel snug and comfortable, not tight, and sit securely at the base of your finger.

3. Finger size can change depending on the time of day, temperature, activity, and other factors. We recommend wearing the sizing ring for at least 24 hours, including while you sleep, to make sure it feels comfortable throughout the day and night.

Method 2: Measure Your Finger Manually

1. Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string around the widest part of the finger you want to measure.

2. Mark where the ends meet.

3. Remove the paper or string, lay it flat, and measure the length between the marks with a ruler. This is your finger circumference.

4. Refer to the GemRing Size Chart to find the one that fits you best.

*We don't recommend choosing your GemRing size based on another ring, as GemRing uses a slightly different sizing system from standard rings.

*To help ensure the right fit and avoid exchanges, we recommend using the Sizing Kit before choosing your GemRing size and wearing the sizing ring for at least 24 hours, including while you sleep.

Under laboratory test conditions, GemRing lasts approximately 5–7 days on a single charge. Actual battery life and overall battery lifespan may vary depending on ring size, app settings, enabled features, activity level, battery age, usage, and other factors. Actual performance may vary from laboratory test results.
